Privacy Policy

We built Heartdeck for couples, which means we handle some pretty personal things — your photos, your names, your notes. We take that seriously. Here’s exactly what we do and don’t do with your data.

What we collect

• Photos you upload to create your deck
• Names you enter (sender and recipient)
• An email address, required at checkout so we can send your links and payment confirmation
• Basic usage data (page views, error logs) via anonymous analytics

What we don't collect

• We don't require you to create an account
• We don't sell your data to anyone — ever
• We don't use your photos to train AI models
• We don't track you across other websites

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Just email us at hi@heartdeck.appand we’ll sort it within 48 hours.

How your photos are stored

Photos you upload are stored securely and used only to generate your deck. Free decks are deleted after 72 hours. Paid decks are stored for as long as your link remains active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your email address

Email is optional while creating a free deck and required if you check out. We use it only for your game links and payment confirmation. Stripe and Brevo process the address only to complete your payment and deliver those transactional emails; we never use it for marketing or sell it.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep your game state intact while you play. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Heartdeck after changes means you accept the updated policy.
